ACTION:

SUMMARY:

The Commission requests comments on a petition filed by Gateway Communications, Inc., licensee of station WOWK-TV, NTSC channel 13, Huntington, West Virginia, requesting the substitution of DTV channel 47 for station WOWK-TV assigned DTV channel 54. DTV Channel 47 can be allotted to Huntington, West Virginia, in compliance with the principle community coverage requirements of Section 73.625(a) at reference coordinates (38-30-21 N. and 82-12-33 W.). As requested, we propose to allot DTV Channel 47 to Huntington with a power of 1000 and a height above average terrain (HAAT) of 396 meters.
