SUMMARY:

This notice amends the notice of the Presidential declaration of an emergency for the State of Louisiana: Space Shuttle Columbia (FEMA-3172-EM), dated February 1, 2003, and related determinations.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:

The notice of an emergency declaration for the State of Louisiana: Space Shuttle Columbia is hereby amended to include the following areas among those areas determined to have been adversely affected by the catastrophe declared an emergency by the President in his declaration of February 1, 2003:

Acadia, Allen, Ascension, Avoyelles, Beauregard, Calcasieu, De Soto, East Baton Rouge, East Feliciana, Evangeline, Grant, Jefferson, Lafayette, Lafourche, Lincoln, Livingston, Morehouse, Orleans, Pointe Coupee, St. Bernard, St. Charles, St. James, St. John the Baptist, St. Landry, St. Martin, St. Mary, St. Tammany, Tangipahoa, Terrebonne, Vermilion, Webster, West Baton Rouge, West Feliciana, and Winn Parishes for debris removal (Category A), and emergency protective measures (Category B), under the Public Assistance program at 100 percent Federal funding.
