SUMMARY:

This notice amends the notice of a major disaster declaration for the State of Indiana (FEMA-1573-DR), dated January 21, 2005, and related determinations.

February 16, 2005.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:

The notice of a major disaster declaration for the State of Indiana is hereby amended to include the following areas among those areas determined to have been adversely affected by the catastrophe declared a major disaster by the President in his declaration of January 21, 2005:

Jefferson County for Public Assistance. Daviess, Franklin, Gibson, Greene, Huntington, Lawrence, Martin, Pike, and Posey Counties for Public Assistance (already designated for Individual Assistance.)
