Amendment of Class E Airspace; Winnemucca, NV; Correction
AGENCY: Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), DOT.
ACTION: Final rule; correction.

SUMMARY: This action corrects errors in the geographic coordinates of a
final rule that was published in the Federal Register on January 10,
1996, Airspace Docket No. 95-AWP-34, The Final Rule amended Class E
airspace at Winnemucca, NV.
EFFECTIVE DATE: 0901 UTC February 29, 1996.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:
History
Federal Register Document 96-377, Airspace Docket No. 95-AWP-34,
published on January 10, 1996 (61 FR 693), revised the description of
the Class E airspace area at Winnemucca, NV. An error was discovered in
the geographic coordinates for the Winnemucca, NV, Class E airspace
area. This action corrects that error.
Correction to Final Rule
Accordingly, pursuant to the authority delegated to me, the
geographic coordinates for the Class E airspace area at Winnemucca, NV,
as published in the Federal Register on January 10, 1996 (61 FR 693),
(Federal Register Document 96-377), are corrected as follows:

On page 694, in the second and third columns, the airspace
description for Winnemucca, NV, is corrected to read as follows:

That airspace extending upward from 700 feet above the surface
within a 4.3-mile radius of the Winnemucca Municipal Airport and
within 7.8 miles northwest and 4.3 miles east of the Winnemucca NDB
342 deg. and 162 deg. bearings, extended from the 4.3 miles south to
8.7 miles north of the NDB. That airspace extending upward from
1,200 feet above the surface within 4.3 miles northeast and 9.6
miles southwest of the Winnemucca NDB 342 deg. and 162 deg.
bearings, extending from the southeast edge of V-113 to 9.6 miles
southeast of the NDB and within 4.3 miles each side of the 162 deg.
bearing from the Winnemucca NDB, extending from 9.6 miles southeast
of the NDB to the north edge of V-32 and within 4.3 miles each side
of the Battle Mountain VORTAC 296 deg. radial extending from 10.4
miles to 43.4 miles northwest of the Battle Mountain VORTAC and that
airspace bounded by a line beginning at lat. 40 deg.33'00'' N, long.
117 deg.52'00'' W; to lat. 40 deg.37'01'' N, long. 117 deg.47'32''
W; to lat. 40 deg.33'58'' N, long. 117 deg.46'15'' W, thence to the
point of beginning and that airspace bounded by a line beginning at
lat. 41 deg.05'00'' N, long. 118 deg.12'30'' W; to lat.
41 deg.09'36'' N, long. 118 deg.08'50'' W; to lat. 41 deg.03'00'' N,
long. 118 deg.06'00'' W, thence to the point of beginning and that
airspace bounded by a line beginning at lat. 40 deg.45'38'' N, long.
117 deg.39'23'' W; to lat. 40 deg.36'30'' N, long. 117 deg.15'15''
W; to lat. 40 deg.35'00'' N, long. 117 deg.34'30'' W, thence to the
point of beginning.
