    E & J Apparel, W. Jordon, Utah; Notice of Termination of 
    Investigation
    
        Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, an investigation 
    was initiated on February 7, 1996 in response to a worker petition 
    which was filed January 16, 1996 on behalf of workers at E & J Apparel, 
    W. Jordon, Utah (TA-W-31,914).
        The petitioning group of workers are covered under an existing 
    Trade Adjustment Assistance certification (TA-W-31,138A). Consequently, 
    further investigation in this case would service no purpose, and the 
    investigation has been terminated.
