Marathon Oil Company, Anchorage, Alaska and Kenai, Alaska; 
Termination of Investigation

    Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, an investigation 
was initiated on November 21, 1994 in response to a worker petition 
which was filed on behalf of workers and former workers at locations of 
Marathon Oil Company, located in Anchorage, Alaska (TA-W-30, 508) and 
Kenai, Alaska, (TA-W-30, 509).
    Workers at the above locations of Marathon Oil Company are 
currently covered under an existing certification (TA-W-30, 455B). 
Consequently, further investigation in this case would serve no 
purpose, and the investigation has been terminated.
