Correction

    In rule document 97-1390 beginning on page 2927 in the issue of 
Tuesday, January 21, 1997, make the following correction:
    On page 2927, in the third column, in the 26th line from the 
bottom, ``(60 days from date of publication in the Federal Register.)'' 
should read ``March 24, 1997.''.
