Revocation of License of Small Business Investment Company

    Pursuant to a Settlement Agreement between the United States Small 
Business Administration and Square Deal Venture Capital Corporation, 
dated January 12, 1998, the United States Small Business Administration 
hereby revokes the license of Square Deal Venture Capital Corporation, 
a New York corporation, to function as a small business investment 
company under the Small Business Investment Company License No. 02/02-
5374 issued to Square Deal Venture Capital Corporation on September 28, 
1979 and said license is hereby declared null and void as of January 
12, 1998.
