Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement; North American 
Free Trade Agreement Implementation Act

AGENCY: Department of Defense (DoD).

ACTION: Interim rule; extension of comment period.

SUMMARY: The Department of Defense published an interim rule on January 
10, 1994, (59 FR 1288). This document extends the close of the comment 
period from February 9, 1994 to March 11, 1994.

DATES: Comments on the interim DFARS rule should be submitted in 
writing to the address shown below on or before March 11, 1994, to be 
considered in the formulation of a final rule. Please cite DFARS Case 
93-D310 in all correspondence related to this issue.
