Overland Trail Transmission Company; Notice of Shortening Comment 
Period

January 29, 1998.
    On January 26, 1998, Overland Trail Transmission Company (OTTC) 
filed an offer of settlement in the above-docketed proceeding which 
includes a request to shorten the period for filing comments, due to 
the uncontested nature of this matter. By this notice, the date for 
filing initial comments is shortened to and includes February 9, 1998. 
Reply comments shall be filed on or before February 17, 1998.
