AGENCY: Federal Communications Commission.
ACTION: Final rule.

SUMMARY: The Commission, at the request of Mark C. Nolte, allots
Channel 246A to Snyder, Texas, as the community's second local FM
service. See 60 FR 49541, September 26, 1995. Channel 246A can be
allotted to Snyder in compliance with the Commission's minimum distance
separation requirements without the imposition of a site restriction.
The coordinates for Channel 246A at Snyder are 32-43-04 and 100-55-02.
With this action, this proceeding is terminated.
DATES: Effective March 11, 1996. The window period for filing
applications will open on March 11, 1996, and close on April 11, 1996.
