Environmental Technologies Trade Advisory Committee (ETTAC);
Meeting
AGENCY: International Trade Administration, U. S. Department of
Commerce.
ACTION: Notice of open meeting.

SUMMARY: The Environmental Technologies Trade Advisory Committee will
hold its sixth plenary meeting. The ETTAC was created on May 31, 1994,
to promote a close working- relationship between government and
industry and to expand export growth in priority and emerging markets
for environmental products and services.
Dates and Place: February 13, 1996, from 8:30 a.m to 5:00 p.m. and
February 14, 1996, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon. The meeting will take
place in Room 6808 of the Department of Commerce, 14th Street and
Constitution Avenue NW., Washington DC 20230.
The Committee will discuss and vote on four Interim
Recommendations: Finance, Privatization, Interagency Coordination and
Communication. In addition, there will also be two brief presentations
starting at 11:30 on February 13, one on the Environmental Industry
Classification System now being developed by the Department of Commerce
and the other on a new Center for Environmental Technology Cooperation.
This program is physically accessible to people with disabilities.
