State of Washington (and a Contiguous County in Oregon, #3156)

    Pacific County and the contiguous counties of Grays Harbor, Lewis, 
and Wahkiakum in the State of Washington, and Clatsop County in the 
State of Oregon constitute a disaster area as a result of a hotel fire 
which occurred on November 5, 1998 in the Town of Raymond. Applications 
for loans for physical damage from this disaster may be filed until the 
close of business on March 29, 1999 and for economic injury until the 
close of business on October 27, 1999 at the address listed below or 
other locally announced locations:
