AGENCY: Federal Communications Commission.
ACTION: Proposed rule.

SUMMARY: This document requests comments on a petition filed by Albert
L. Brooks proposing the allotment of Channel 299C3 to Perry, Florida,
as that community's third FM broadcast service. The channel can be
allotted to Perry at coordinates 29-59-47 NL and 83-39-33 WL. There is
a site restriction 14.9 kilometers (9.3 miles) southwest of the
community.
DATES: Comments must be filed on or before March 22, 1999, and reply
comments on or before April 6, 1999.

Provisions of the Regulatory Flexibility Act of 1980 do not apply
to this proceeding.
