Louisiana Intrastate Gas Company, L.L.C.; Informal Settlement 
Conference

January 31, 1995.
    Take notice that an informal settlement conference in the above-
captioned proceeding will be held on Thursday, March 9, 1995 at 10:00 
A.M. in a room to be designated at the offices of the Federal Energy 
Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol Street, NE., Washington, DC 
20426.
    Attendance will be limited to the parties and participants, as 
defined by 18 CFR 385.102 (b) and (c). Persons wishing to become a 
party must move to intervene and receive intervenor status pursuant to 
Sec. 385.214 of the Commission's regulations.
