sets forth the standards of conduct applicable to gathering affiliates

such facilities to MidCon Gas Products of New Mexico Corp., an
affiliated gatherer.
Natural requested waiver of the Commission's Regulations to the
extent necessary to permit the tariff sheets to become effective
February 25, 1995.
Natural states that copies of the filing are being mailed to
Natural's jurisdictional transportation customers and interested state
regulatory agencies.
