UtiliCorp United Inc., Aquila Power Corporation; Filing

January 26, 1995.
    Take notice that on January 18, 1995, UtiliCorp United Inc. 
(UtiliCorp), tendered for filing information concerning the facilities 
owned or controlled by its West Virginia Power division as required by 
the January 13, 1995 order in these proceedings. UtiliCorp has 
requested that the Commission act expeditiously on the filing and that 
an order be issued on the compliance filing by February 7, 1995.
    A copy of the filing was served on each party to these proceedings 
and the Public Service Commission of the State of West Virginia.
    Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should 
file a motion to intervene or protest with the Federal Energy 
Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol Street, NE., Washington, DC 
20426, in accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of the Commission's Rules 
of Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211 and 18 CFR 385.214). All such 
motions or protests should be filed on or before February 9, 1995. 
Protests will be considered by the Commission in determining the 
appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants 
parties to the proceeding. Any person wishing to become a party must 
file a motion to intervene. Copies of this filing are on file with the 
Commission and are available for public inspection.
