Tennessee; Declaration of Disaster Loan Area

    Monroe County and the contiguous counties of Blount, Loudon, McMinn 
and Polk in the State of Tennessee, and Cherokee, Graham, and Swain 
Counties in the State of North Carolina constitute a disaster area as a 
result of damages caused by a fire which occurred on January 15, 1996 
in the City of Sweetwater. Applications for loans for physical damage 
may be filed until the close of business on April 1, 1996, and for 
economic injury until the close of business on October 30, 1996, at the 
address listed below: Small Business Administration, Disaster Area 2 
Office, One Baltimore Place, Suite 300, Atlanta, GA 30308 or other 
locally announced locations.
    The interest rates are:
