Research, Engineering and Development Advisory Committee; Change 
in Meeting Place

    Pursuant to section 10(A)(2) of the Federal Advisory Committee Act 
(Public Law 92-463; 5 U.S.C. App. 2), notice is hereby given of a 
meeting of the FAA Research, Engineering and Development Advisory 
Committee.
    The meeting place has been changed to the Holiday Inn on the Hill, 
415 New Jersey Avenue, NW, Washington, DC. The days will remain the 
same February 14, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and February 15, 8 a.m. to 12 noon.
