ACTION:

SUMMARY:

The Commission, at the request of KVVU Broadcasting Corporation, licensee of station KVVU-TV, NTSC channel 5, substitutes DTV channel 9 for DTV 24 at Henderson, Nevada. See 65 FR 59797, October 6, 2000. DTV channel 9 can be allotted to Henderson in compliance with the principle community coverage requirements of Section 73.625(a) at reference coordinates (36-00-28 N. and 115-00-24 W.) with a power of 85.6, HAAT of 407 meters and with a DTV service population of 734 thousand. With this action, this proceeding is terminated.
