AGENCY: Commodity Futures Trading Commission.
ACTION: Conforming amendment.

SUMMARY: This document contains an amendment to 17 CFR part 140 to
correct a typographical error.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:
Background
In light of the recent passage of the Futures Trading Practices Act
of 1992, 102 Cong., 2d Sess., Public Law 102-546 (Oct. 28, 1992), which
amended the Commodity Exchange Act, the Commission has determined that
17 CFR part 140, Organization, Functions, and Procedures of the
Commission, should be amended to correct the typographical error
therein.
Need for Correction
As published, the regulations contain a typographical error which
is in need of clarification.
List of Subjects in 17 CFR Part 140
Authority delegations (Government agencies), Conflict of interest,
Organization and functions (Government agencies).
Accordingly, 17 CFR part 140 is amended by making the following
conforming amendment:
PART 140--ORGANIZATION, FUNCTIONS, AND PROCEDURES OF THE COMMISSION
The authority citation for part 140 is revised to read as follows:
Authority: 7 U.S.C. 4a and 12a.
