Pacific Fishery Management Council; Meeting

AGENCY: National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS), National Oceanic and 
Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Commerce.

ACTION: Notice of public meeting.

SUMMARY: The Pacific Fishery Management Council (Council) will hold an 
ad-hoc work group meeting on February 15, 1994, at the Council office, 
2000 SW. First Avenue, suite 420, Portland, OR; telephone: (503) 326-
6352. The meeting will begin at 10 a.m. and will not adjourn until the 
business for the day is completed.
    The purpose of the meeting is to develop recommendations and 
criteria to guide NMFS if the need arises to consider any inseason 
transfer of unused hook-and-release mortality in ocean salmon 
fisheries. The work group's recommendations will be reviewed by the 
Council and considered for adoption at a future Council meeting.
    This meeting is physically accessible to people with disabilities.

should be directed to Michelle Perry Sailer on [phone] at least 
5 days prior to the meeting date.
