AGENCY: Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).

ACTION: Final rule; Correction.

SUMMARY: This document corrects a pesticide tolerance for metalaxyl in 
or on mustard greens that was set forth in a final rule in the Federal 
Register of November 15, 1995.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: In FR Doc. 95-28068 in the Federal Register 
of November 15, 1995, at page 57364, a parts-per-million tolerance for 
mustard greens appeared as 2.0 ppm in the table, although the preamble 
to the document had made clear that the tolerance to be established is 
5.0 ppm. This document corrects the entry for mustard greens in the 
table to 40 CFR 180.408(a) by changing the parts-per-million entry from 
2.0 ppm to 5.0 ppm.
