Adjustment to the Examinations Fee Schedule; Comment Period

AGENCY: Immigration and Naturalization Service, Justice.
ACTION: Proposed rule; extension of comment period.

SUMMARY: On January 10, 1994, at FR 1308-1316, the Immigration and
Naturalization Service proposed a regulation adjusting the examinations
fee schedule. To ensure that the public has ample opportunity to fully
review and comment on the proposed rulemaking, this notice extends the
public comment period from February 9, 1994 through March 11, 1994.
DATES: Written comments must be submitted on or before March 11, 1994.
