Pacific Fishery Management Council; Meeting

AGENCY: National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS), National Oceanic and 
Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Commerce.

ACTION: Notice of public meeting.

SUMMARY: The Pacific Fishery Management Council's Groundfish Permit 
Review Board will meet on February 22-24, 1994, in the Council Chamber 
on the main floor of 2000 SW. First Avenue, suite 420, Portland, OR. 
The meeting will begin each day at 8 a.m. The meeting will not adjourn 
until the business for each day is completed, and may go into the 
evening hours.
    The purpose of the meeting is to review appeals on applications for 
West Coast groundfish limited entry permits which were denied by the 
National Marine Fisheries Service.
    This meeting is physically accessible to people with disabilities. 
Requests for sign language interpretation or other auxiliary aids 
should be directed to Thomas Bigford on [phone] at least 5 days 
prior to the meeting date.
