ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
By a 4-0 vote on January 28, the Commission determined pursuant
to U.S.C. 552b(e) and Sec. 9.107(a) of the Commission's rules that
``Discussion of Management Issues'' (Closed--Ex. 2 and 6) be held on
January 31, and on less than one week's notice to the public.
By a 3-0 vote (Commissioner Remick was not present) on February
3, the Commission determined pursuant to U.S.C. 552b(e) and
Sec. 9.107(a) of the Commission's rules that ``Briefing on
Investigative Matters'' (Closed--Ex. 5 and 7) be held on February 3,
and on less than one week's notice to the public.
Note: Affirmation sessions are initially scheduled and announced
to the public on a time-reserved basis. Supplementary notice is
provided in accordance with the Sunshine Act as specific items are
identified and added to the meeting agenda. If there is no specific
subject listed for affirmation, this means that no item has as yet
been identified as requiring any Commission vote on this date.
