        Take notice that the following filings have been made with the

    1. Consolidated Edison Co. of New York, Inc.
    
    [Docket No. ER94-175-000]
    
        Take notice that on January 20, 1995, Consolidated Edison Company 
    of New York, Inc. (``Con Edison''), tendered for filing an amendment to 
    its agreement with Long Island Lighting Company (``LILCO'') to provide 
    for the purchase and sale of energy and capacity subject to cost based 
    ceiling rates. The ceiling rate for energy is 100 percent of the 
    Seller's Incremental Cost (``SIC'') plus up to 10 percent of the SIC 
    (where such 10 percent is limited to 1 mill per Kwhr when the SIC in 
    the hour reflects a purchased power resource). The ceiling rate for 
    capacity sold by Con Edison is $7.70 per megawatt hour. The ceiling 
    rate for capacity sold by LILCO is $7.44 per megawatt hour.
        Con Edison states that a copy of this filing has been served by 
    mail upon LILCO.
