Notice of Merger of Approved Trustee

    Notice is hereby given that New First City Texas-Beaumont, National 
Association, Beaumont, Texas, merged with and into Texas Commerce Bank, 
National Association-Beaumont, P. O. Box 2751, Beaumont, Texas 77704, 
effective February 13, 1993, with Texas Commerce Bank, National 
Association-Beaumont as the surviving corporation in the merger.
