Airport Lease Application

ACTION: Notice of Airport Lease Application N-57999.

SUMMARY: Notice is hereby given that pursuant to section 302 of the 
Federal Land Policy and Management Act of October 21, 1976 (90 Stat. 
2762), in accordance with provisions of federal regulations under 43 
CFR 2920, an application has been filed for authorization of a private 
airport lease on the following described lands:

Mount Diablo Meridian, Nevada

T. 44 N., R. 37 E.,
    Sec. 11: SE\1/4\NW\1/4\, NW\1/4\NE\1/4\SW\1/4\, E\1/2\NW\1/
4\SW\1/4\.

    The area described contains 5.73 acres and is located near 
Orovada in Humboldt County, Nevada.

    For a period of 45 days from the date of this notice, interested 
persons may submit comments to the District Manager, Bureau of Land 
Management, 705 E. 4th St., Winnemucca, NV 89445.
    In the absence of adverse comments, the application will be 
processed in accordance with proper application procedures.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Upon publication in the Federal Register, 
the land will be segregated from all other forms of appropriation under 
the public land laws.
