    The U.S. Small Business Administration Hartford District Advisory 
Council will hold a public meeting at 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, March 16, 
1994, at 2 Science Park, New Haven, Connecticut, to discuss such 
matters as may be presented by members, staff of the U.S. Small 
Business Administration, or others present.
