    California; Declaration of Disaster Loan Area
    
        The above-numbered Declaration is hereby amended, effective January 
    19, 1994, to include Orange and Ventura Counties in the State of 
    California as a disaster area as a result of damages caused by an 
    earthquake and aftershocks on January 17, 1994 and continuing.
        In addition, applications for economic injury loans from small 
    businesses located in the contiguous California counties of Riverside, 
    San Diego, and Santa Barbara may be filed until the specified date at 
    the previously designated location.
        All other information remains the same, i.e., the termination date 
    for filing applications for physical damage is March 18, 1994, and for 
    economic injury the deadline is October 17, 1994.
        The economic injury number for California is 815900.
