    In accordance with the Federal Advisory Committee Act (Pub. L. 92-
463, as amended), the National Science Foundation announces the 
following meeting.

    Date and Time: February 25, 1994 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
    Place: Department of Energy, Forrestall Building, Room 1E-245, 
1000 Independence Ave., SW., Washington, DC 20585.
    Type of Meeting: Open.
