Transcontinental Gas Pipe Line Corp.; Notice of Proposed Changes 
in FERC Gas Tariff

February 3, 1995.
    Take notice that on January 31, 1995, Transcontinental Gas Pipe 
Line Corporation (TGPL) tendered for filing certain revised tariff 
sheets to its FERC Gas Tariff, Third Revised Volume No. 1, which tariff 
sheets are enumerated in Appendix A attached to the filing. Such tariff 
sheets are proposed to be effective on February 1, 1995.
    TGPL states that the purpose of the instant filing is to revise 
currently effective tariff provisions to comport with the requirements 
of Order Nos. 566 and 566-A. TGPL has requested a waiver of the notice 
requirements of Section 154.22 of the Commission's Regulations to the 
extent necessary to permit the tariff sheets to become effective 
February 1, 1995.
    TGPL states that copies of the filing are being mailed to each of 
its customers, State Commissions and other interested parties.
    Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest 
with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol 
Street, N.E., Washington, D.C. 20426, in accordance with Section 
385.211 of the Commission's Rules and Regulations. All such protests 
should be filed on or before February 10, 1995. Protests will be 
considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to 
be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the 
proceeding. Copies of this filing are on file with the Commission and 
are available for public [[Page 7765]] inspection in the Public 
Reference Room.
