Investment Plan; Notice

    In accordance with Title 10, U.S.C. Section 2902, the Strategic 
Environmental Research and Development Program Fiscal Year 1996

Annual Report and Five-Year (1996-2000) Strategic Investment Plan is 
available for review by the public for a period of 30 days from the 
date of this notice.
    Reviews shall be by appointment only, by contacting Ms. Jenny 
Dowden at [phone], extension 563 and conducted at the SERDP 
Support Office in the space of LABAT-ANDERSON Incorporated, 8000 
Westpark Drive, McLean, Virginia 22102. Additional copies of the Fiscal 
Year 1996 Annual Report and Five-Year (1996-2000) Strategic Investment 
Plan are not available.
