The National Center for Environmental Health (NCEH) of the
Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Announces the
Following Workshop
Name: CDC Funded Childhood Lead Poisoning Prevention Program
Grantee Workshop.
Times and Dates: 8 a.m.-5 p.m., March 11, 1996; 8 a.m.-5 p.m.,
March 12, 1996; 8 a.m.-11:30 a.m., March 13, 1996.
Place: The Westin Peachtree Plaza, 210 Peachtree Street, NW,
Atlanta, Georgia 30303-1745.
Status: Open to the public, limited only by the space available.
Purpose: The primary purpose of this workshop is to provide
assistance to CDC's Childhood Lead Poisoning Prevention grant
recipients in addressing program development, assessment and
evaluation of issues and concerns.
Matters To Be Discussed: Topics to be discussed include program
management and assessment as well as training for managers and
coordinators.
Agenda items are subject to change as priorities dictate.

make oral comments at the workshop should notify the contact person

February 26, 1996. All requests to make oral comments should contain
the name, address, telephone number, and organizational affiliation
of the presenter. Depending on the time available and the number of
requests to make oral comments, it may be necessary to limit each
presenter.
