    Jencraft Manufacturing Company, Incorporated A/K/A Jencraft 
    Corporation, McAllen, TX; Amended Certification Regarding Eligibility 
    To Apply for Worker Adjustment Assistance
    
        In accordance with Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974 (19 U.S.C. 
    2273) the Department of Labor issued an amended Certification of 
    Eligibility to Apply for Worker Adjustment Assistance on May 11, 1995, 
    applicable to all workers of Jencraft Manufacturing Company, 
    Incorporated located in McAllen, Texas. The notice was published in the 
    Federal Register on May 24, 1995 (59 FR 27561).
        At the request of the State Agency, the Department reviewed the 
    certification for workers of the subject firm. New information reported 
    by the company shows that some of the workers at Jencraft had their 
    unemployment insurance (UI) taxes paid to Jencraft Corporation
        Accordingly, the Department is amending the certification to 
    properly reflect this matter.
        The amended notice applicable to TA-W-30,001A is hereby issued as 
    follows:
    
        ``All workers of Jencraft Manufacturing Company, Incorporated, 
    a/k/a Jencraft Corporation, McAllen, Texas engaged in employment 
    related to the production of mini and vertical blinds who became 
    totally or partially separated from employment on or after June 5, 
    1993 are eligible to apply for adjustment assistance under Section 
    223 of the Trade Act of 1974.''
