Transmission Service under Sierra's Open Access Transmission Tariff
(Tariff):
Sierra filed the executed Service Agreement with the Commission in
compliance with Sections 13.4 and 14.4 of the Tariff and applicable
Commission regulations. Sierra also submitted revised Sheet No. 148A
(Attachment E) to the Tariff, which is an updated list of all current
subscribers. Sierra requests waiver of the Commission's notice
