In a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) dated January 19, 1994
between the Governments of the United States and the Federative
Republic of Brazil, agreement was reached to extend the limit for

and extends through March 31, 1994.

\1\The limit has not been adjusted to account for any imports
    exported after March 31, 1993.
    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------

The Committee for the Implementation of Textile Agreements has
determined that this action falls within the foreign affairs
