McGraw-Hill, et al.; Cancellation of Visit and Notice of 
Commission Briefing

February 18, 1994.
    Notice is hereby given that Commission visits previously scheduled 
for February 22, 23, 24, and 25, 1994, notice of which was published on 
February 18, 1994 (59 FR 8279), had to be cancelled due to scheduling 
conflicts. In lieu of one of the intended visits, notice is hereby 
given that representatives of Readers Digest Association, Inc., will 
make an oral presentation to members of the Commission and staff in the 
Commission's offices in Washington, DC, at 4 p.m. on March 3, 1994.
    A report of the presentation will be on file in the Commission's
