AGENCY: Interstate Commerce Commission.
ACTION: Notice of exemption.

SUMMARY: Under 49 U.S.C. 10505, the Commission exempts Gordon Morris
from the prior approval requirements of 49 U.S.C. 11343 et seq. to
continue in control of Michigan Southern Railroad Company, Inc. and
Morris Leasing Co., Ltd., upon the latter's becoming a carrier. The
exemption is subject to standard labor protective conditions.
DATES: This exemption will be effective on March 30, 1994.
Petitions to stay must be filed by March 10, 1994.
Petitions to reopen must be filed by March 20, 1994.
