Necessity and Foreign Air Carrier Permits Filed Under Subpart Q During
the Week Ending February 23, 1996
The following Applications for Certificates of Public Convenience
and Necessity and Foreign Air Carrier Permits were filed under Subpart
Q of the Department of Transportation's Procedural Regulations (See 14
CFR 302.1701 et. seq.). The due date for Answers, Conforming
Applications, or Motions to modify Scope are set forth below for each
application. Following the Answer period DOT may process the
application by expedited procedures. Such procedures may consist of the
adoption of a show-cause order, a tentative order, or in appropriate
cases a final order without further proceedings.

transportation of persons, property and mail between the terminal
points Chicago, Illinois, Los Angeles, California, and New York, New
York and the terminal point Tokyo, Japan, with the right to integrate
such authority with its certificate for Route 137.

territory, or possession of the United States and a place in the
District of Columbia or another State, territory or possession of the
United States; (ii) Hawaii and another place in Hawaii through the
airspace over a place outside Hawaii; (iii) the District of Columbia
and another place in the District of Columbia; and (iv) a territory or
possession of the United States and another place in the same territory
or possession.
