    General description of report: This information collection is voluntary

    Freedom of Information Act (5 U.S.C. 552(b)(4)).
        This new report would collect information on two measures of credit 
    card interest rates from a sample of 150 depository institutions. The 
    data would be viewed as representative of interest rates at all banks 
    by including all large issuers and an appropriate sampling of other 
    issuers.
