Columbia Gas Transmission Corp.; Proposed Changes in FERC Gas 
Tariff

March 4, 1994.
    Take notice that on March 1, 1994, Columbia Gas Transmission 
Corporation (Columbia) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas 
Tariff, Second Revised Volume No. 1, the following revised tariff 
sheets, with the proposed effective date of April 1, 1994:

First Revised Sheet No. 94
Original Sheet No. 96
Original Sheet No. 97
Original Sheet No. 98

    Columbia states that the instant limited section 4(e) filing 
represents Columbia's initial filing pursuant to section 39, Account 
No. 191 Reconciliation Mechanism, of the General Terms and Conditions 
of its FERC Gas Tariff, Second Revised Volume No. 1, to recover the as 
adjusted balance in its Account No. 191.
    Columbia states that copies of the filing were served upon 
Columbia's jurisdictional customers and interested state commissions.
    Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should 
file a motion to intervene or protest with the Federal Energy 
Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol Street, NE., Washington, DC 
20426, in accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of the Commission's Rules 
of Practice and Procedure. All such motions or protests should be filed 
on or before March 11, 1994. Protests will be considered by the 
Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will 
not serve to make protestants parties to the proceedings. Any person 
wishing to become a party must file a motion to intervene. Copies of 
Columbia's filing are on file with the Commission and are available for 
public inspection.
