    Gas Tariff

    March 4, 1994.
Take notice that on March 2, 1994, Transcontinental Gas Pipe Line
Corporation (TGPL) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff,
Third Revised Volume No. 1 and Original Volume No. 2, certain revised
tariff sheets, which tariff sheets are enumerated in Appendix A to the
filing. The proposed effective date of the attached tariff sheets is
    April 1, 1994.
TGPL states that the instant filing is submitted pursuant to
section 41 of the General Terms and Conditions of TGPL's FERC Gas
Tariff which provides that TGPL will file to reflect net changes in the
Transmission Electric Power (TEP) rates 30 days prior to each TEP
Annual Period beginning April 1. TGPL states that in Appendix B to the
filing are workpapers supporting the derivation of the revised TEP
rates reflected on the tariff sheets included therein.
Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should
file a motion to intervene or protest with the Federal Energy

be filed on or before March 11, 1994. Protests will be considered by
the Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but
will not serve to make protestants parties to the proceeding. Any
person wishing to become a party must file a motion to intervene.
Copies of this filing are on file with the Commission and are available
for public inspection in the public reference room.
