    4,954,320, Reactive Bed Plasma Air Purification
    
    AGENCY: U.S. Army Armament Research, Development and Engineering 
    Center, DOD.
    
    ACTION: Notice of intent.

    SUMMARY: In accordance with 37 CFR 404.6 the Department of the Army 
    announces its intent to grant an Exclusive License to Battelle Pacific 
    Northwest Laboratories for Patent Number 4,954,320, Reactive Bed Plasma 
    Air Purification. The technology is applicable to controlling gaseous/
    chemical/biological pollution contamination. Patent availability was 
    announced in the Federal Register on 25 January 1994, 59 FR 3638.
    
    DATES: Written objections must be filed within 60 days from the date of 
    publication of this Notice in the Federal Register.
