Correction

    Notice document 95-3273, beginning on page 7743 in the issue of 
February 9, 1995, was inadvertently published in the proposed rule 
section of that issue. It should have appeared in the Notices section 
and the 43 CFR Part 8360 citation should not have 
been included as part of the document.
