AGENCY: Federal Communications Commission.
ACTION: Final rule.

SUMMARY: This document substitutes Channel 295C2 for Channel 295A at
Buckeye, Arizona, and modifies the license for Station KMJK(FM) to
specify operation on the higher powered channel, as requested by Mobley
Broadcasting, Inc. See 58 FR 26088, April 30, 1993. Coordinates for
Channel 295C2 at Buckeye, Arizona, are 33-21-03 and 112-52-41. Buckeye
is located within 320 kilometers (199 miles) of the Mexican border, and
therefore, concurrence of the Mexican government to this proposal was
obtained. With this action, the proceeding is terminated.

amended by removing Channel 295A and adding Channel 295C2 at Buckeye.
