Manufacturer of Controlled Substances of Registration

    By Notice dated November 24, 1993, and published in the Federal 
Register on December 6, 1993, (58 FR 64338), Upjohn Company, 7171 
Portage Road, M.L. 7011-126-5, Kalamazoo, Michigan 49001, made 
application to the Drug Enforcement Administration to be registered as 
a bulk manufacturer of 2,5-Dimethoxyamphetamine (7396), a basic class 
of controlled substance listed in Schedule I.
    No comments or objections have been received. Therefore, pursuant 
to section 303 of the Comprehensive Drug Abuse Prevention and Control 
Act of 1970 and title 21, Code of Federal Regulations, Sec. 1301.54(e), 
the Deputy Assistant Administrator hereby orders that the application 
submitted by the above firm for registration as a bulk manufacturer of 
the basic class of controlled substance listed above is granted.
