Manufacturer of Controlled Substances; Notice of Registration

    By notice dated December 3, 1993, and published in the Federal 
Register on December 16, 1993, (58 FR 65734), Anys, Inc., 2 Goodyear, 
Irvine, California 92718, made application to the Drug Enforcement 
Administration to be registered as a bulk manufacturer of the basic 
classes of controlled substances listed below:

    No comments or objections have been received. Therefore, pursuant 
to section 303 of the Comprehensive Drug Abuse Prevention and Control 
Act of 1970 and Title 21, Code of Federal Regulations, Sec. 1301.54(e), 
the Deputy Assistant Administrator hereby orders that the application 
submitted by the above firm for registration as a bulk manufacturer of 
the basic classes of controlled substances listed above is granted.
