Correction

    In rule document 94-4215 beginning on page 9088 in the issue of 
Friday, February 25, 1994, make the following correction:
    On page 9088, in the second column, under EFFECTIVE DATE:, ``March 
24, 1994'' should read ``February 25, 1994''.
